Maintenance Packages

These packages can make homeownership a breeze, both for those looking to age in place, or for homeowners who would like to leave regular maintenance tasks in the hands of trusted professionals. We have options for a variety of needs. Contact us for more information.

Homeowner Package

  • Maintenance check (4 times per year)

  • Change air filter (filters additional)

  • Check smoke detectors (new detectors and batteries additional)

  • Visual inspection of toilets and sink plumbing for leaks

  • Exterior visual inspection for any other/potential maintenance issues

  • Access to 24 hour call line service - see Repair Services for a list of repairs we can complete.

Cost for service - $50 per month

Using this service allows you to take a 15% discount on labor during the term of the contract, if we need to come back to complete a larger repair.

  • All Homeowner Package amenities + two additional maintenance checks annually

  • Assist with arranging contractors for service of major systems beyond the ability of our maintenance technicians, including arranging access and or being present as work begins

  • Snow removal 1 time per month upon request

  • Check water softener salt once every 2 month (salt additional)

Homeowner Package Plus

Cost for service - $75 per month

Using this service allows you to take a 20% discount on labor during the term of the contract, if we need to come back to complete a larger repair.

Voyager Package

This package is designed for people who winter elsewhere.

  • All Homeowner Package Amenities

  • Absentee home check service (up to 3 visits per year)

  • Once per year gutter cleaning

  • Up to 2 snow removals per month upon request
