Senior Packages

These packages are for those looking to age in place, or for family members who are looking for help for their loved ones. We have options for a variety of needs. Contact us for more information.

We can also complete home modifications to keep your home comfortable if mobility becomes limited so that individuals can age in place. This can be as simple as grab bars or ramps, or be as extensive as remodeling or installing new bathrooms.

Assistance Package

Need small assistance on everyday things? We are happy to stop by to lend a hand. We will stop by one time a week* for a 10 minute check in. If you have items, we can complete those during our 10 minutes or schedule a time to complete the task later in the week through the Repair Services.

Tasks may include:

  • Change a light bulb

  • Carry packages upstairs or downstairs

  • Hang a picture

  • Open jars

    Using this service allows you to take a 20% discount on labor, if we need to come back later in the week to complete a larger repair.

Cost for service - $80 per month

*48-50 times per year not more than 1 time per week

Sidekick Package

  • 1 visit per month for 20 minutes per visit

  • Change air filter (filters additional)

  • Check smoke detectors (new detectors and batteries additional)

  • Visual inspection of toilets and sink plumbing for leaks

  • Exterior visual inspection for any other/potential maintenance issues

  • Access to 24 hour call line service - see Repair Services for a list of repairs we can complete.

  • Using this service allows you to take a 10% discount on labor during the term of the contract. This includes a discount on the initial service call.

Cost for service - $50 per month

  • 2 visits per month for 20 minutes per visit + all additional Sidekick Package amenities

  • Assist with arranging contractors for service of major systems beyond the ability of our maintenance technicians, including arranging access and or being present as work begins

  • Snow removal 1 time per month upon request

  • Check water softener salt once per month (salt additional)

  • Using this service allows you to take a 10% discount on labor, if we need to come back to complete a larger repair. This includes a discount on the initial service call.
